The apartment is in East Rogers Park. Close to Redline, Metra, beach & shopping! On-site laundry and maintenance staff for prompt service. Quiet three story U-shaped building. Our apartment is on the top story. 1 Bdrm, living room, separate dining room, kitchen (new appliances, cabinets, etc.), (new) bathroom, closets. Beautiful new hardwood floors. Apt Gets lots of sun and nice view from living room and dining room. Heat & water included.
