I'd also like to add-- my husband and I have lived in this building for over two years. The owners (a pastor, his wife and their two kids) live in the second floor apartment and they are great. They love to rent to Moody students. It's a bit of a hike from Moody, but since we are just across the street from the brown line, it's actually very convenient. And the heat and laundry are free... plus you would have us as neighbors! :D Hope this can help someone out!
